আজারবাইজান সরকার আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য ২০২৫-২৬ শিক্ষাবর্ষে একটি সম্পূর্ণ ফান্ডেড স্কলারশিপ প্রোগ্রাম ঘোষণা করেছে। এই স্কলারশিপের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীরা আজারবাইজানের শীর্ষ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলোতে ব্যাচেলর, মাস্টার্স, পিএইচডি, এবং মেডিকেল রেসিডেন্সি প্রোগ্রামে ভর্তি হতে পারবেন। এই প্রোগ্রামটি হেইদার আলিয়েভ ইন্টারন্যাশনাল এডুকেশন গ্রান্ট প্রোগ্রামের অধীনে পরিচালিত হচ্ছে, যা OIC ও NAM সদস্য দেশগুলোর নাগরিকদের জন্য উন্মুক্ত।

• Full Tuition Fees: Complete coverage of academic tuition costs.

• Monthly Stipend: A monthly allowance of 800 AZN (~$470 USD) to cover meals, accommodation, and utility expenses.

• Round-Trip Airfare: Economy class tickets from the student's home country to Azerbaijan and back, once a year.

• Visa and Registration Costs: Full coverage of visa application and registration fees.

• Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance for the duration of the study period.

• Accommodation: Provision of university dormitory or housing allowance.

এই স্কলারশিপ প্রোগ্রামের আওতায় নিম্নলিখিত শিক্ষাগত স্তরগুলো অন্তর্ভুক্ত:

1. প্রিপারেটরি কোর্স: ৬ মাস থেকে ১ বছর মেয়াদি প্রস্তুতিমূলক কোর্স।
2. ব্যাচেলর ডিগ্রি: ৪ থেকে ৫ বছর মেয়াদি স্নাতক প্রোগ্রাম।
3. জেনারেল মেডিসিন প্রোগ্রাম: ৫ থেকে ৬ বছর মেয়াদি মেডিকেল প্রোগ্রাম।
4. মাস্টার্স ডিগ্রি: ১.৫ থেকে ২ বছর মেয়াদি স্নাতকোত্তর প্রোগ্রাম।
5. মেডিকেল রেসিডেন্সি: ২ থেকে ৫ বছর মেয়াদি বিশেষায়িত মেডিকেল প্রশিক্ষণ।
6. ডক্টরাল (PhD) প্রোগ্রাম: ৩ বছর মেয়াদি গবেষণাভিত্তিক প্রোগ্রাম।

 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Nationality: Must be a citizen of an OIC or NAM member country.
Age Requirements:
Undergraduate and general medicine programs: under 35 years as of September 15, 2025.
Graduate and medical residency programs: under 40 years as of September 15, 2025.
Doctoral programs: under 45 years as of September 15, 2025.
Academic Qualifications: Must have completed the previous level of education with satisfactory academic performance.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the language of instruction (English, Russian, or Azerbaijani) as required by the chosen program.
Health Status: Must be in good health, supported by a medical certificate.
Nomination: Must be officially nominated by the relevant government authorities (Ministries, Embassies) of their home country.

 Required Documents

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

1. Completed Application Form: Accurately filled and signed.

2. Educational Certificates: Notarized copies of diplomas and transcripts from previous studies.

3. Passport Copy: Valid passport with at least one year of validity.

4. Medical Certificate: Confirming good health and absence of contagious diseases.

5. Motivation Letter: Explaining the purpose of study and future plans.

6. Curriculum Vitae (CV): Detailing educational background and work experience.

7. Language Proficiency Certificate: IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent, if required by the program.

8. Nomination Letter: Official nomination from the applicant's home country authorities.

The application process for the Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2025 is divided into two stages:

Second Stage: Registration of applications in the SIACAS (Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service) portal.
