হায়দার আলিয়েভ ফাউন্ডেশন এবং আজারবাইজান সরকারের স্কলারশিপ 2024 আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য একটি সম্পূর্ণ অর্থায়িত শিক্ষা সুযোগ প্রদান করে। এই স্কলারশিপ প্রোগ্রামের মাধ্যমে স্নাতক, স্নাতকোত্তর এবং ডক্টরাল পর্যায়ের শিক্ষার্থীরা আজারবাইজানের শীর্ষস্থানীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলোতে বিনা খরচে পড়াশোনা করার সুযোগ পাবেন।এই স্কলারশিপের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হল বৈশ্বিক শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে আজারবাইজানের সংস্কৃতি ও শিক্ষাব্যবস্থার সাথে পরিচয় করিয়ে দেওয়া এবং উচ্চশিক্ষার সুযোগ সৃষ্টি করা। এটি আজারবাইজান সরকারের একটি উদ্যোগ, যা শিক্ষার্থীদের টিউশন ফি, থাকার খরচ, স্বাস্থ্য বীমা এবং মাসিক ভাতা প্রদান করে।
Scholarship Benefits
Selected scholars will receive the following benefits:
- Full tuition fee waiver for the entire duration of the program
- Monthly stipend of 800 AZN (approx. $470) for living expenses
- Free university accommodation or housing allowance

- Round-trip airfare from home country to Azerbaijan
- Visa and registration support

Scholarship Levels

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities (with priority to OIC and NAM member countries)
- Age Limit:
- Bachelor's: Under 25 years
- Master's: Under 30 years
- PhD: Under 40 years
- Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor's: Minimum 70% in secondary education
- Master's: Minimum 2.5 GPA in Bachelor's degree
- PhD: Research proposal and relevant Master's degree Health: Medical certificate confirming good health
No dual citizenship with Azerbaijan
